A Quality Summer Camp Experience for Boys and Girls Ages 7 - 14

Walton's Grizzly Lodge is a California summer camp founded in 1926 by Mom and Pop Walton. Today, their Great Grandchildren are proud to continue the tradition as fourth generation owners and directors. Centered around our private lake, campers create their own program each day from over 40 activities including waterskiing, horseback riding, skateboarding, craft activities, athletics and our ropes course adventures. We also offer Out Of Camp trips and a wide range of Special Events.

Our rich history provides the ideal setting for campers to acquire skills, friendships and memories to last a lifetime.

Walton's is an ACA accredited residential summer camp located in Northern
California approximately one hour from Lake Tahoe.

We offer two one week camps and four two week camps each summer. For the summer of 2012 we are introducing two week long Outdoor Adventure Program backpacking trips for returning Walton's campers ages 13-17.
